How do I place an order?
Pick your style, choose your size and tap “Add to bag”. Open the bag and go to checkout — enter your name, mobile number and address. You do not need an account.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide in inches. Between two sizes? Take the bigger one for a relaxed fit, or message us on WhatsApp for help.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Visa and Mastercard. With cash on delivery you can try your order on in front of the delivery person before paying.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka within 24–48 hours, outside Dhaka within 2–4 days.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on orders of ৳2,500 or more. Otherwise it is a flat ৳80 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes — within 7 days, unworn and with the tags attached. We pick up the old size and deliver the new one together.
Do you hem jeans and trousers?
Free hemming at any of our stores, usually while you wait.
How do I keep denim looking new?
Wash it less, inside out, in cold water with dark colours, and dry it in the shade.
Will cotton tees shrink?
No — all our cotton is pre-washed and pre-shrunk, so the size you buy is the size you keep.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course. Add a gift note at checkout; we hide the price and wrap it for free.
